FW20

Elena Reva continues to explore the metaphysical science of seduction. Inspired by a French movie Chocolate (2000), her new Fall-Winter collection is a free-form meditation on female sexuality. As a part of her creative research Elena has been looking into exuberant style of the hedonistic 1970s and the sexually charged 2000s, transforming iconic pieces into joyful contemporary clothing that has become the label’s signatures.
The designer opts for a clear monochrome palette of charcoal black silk and snow white viscose to introduce architectural bustier tops, flirty cocktail dresses and sophisticated evening numbers. Masculine tailoring is reworked into sharp coats and capes in fine camel cashmere, fitted double- breasted woolen jackets and flared trousers in rich palette of nude and chocolate hues.

Femininity is the cornerstone of ELENAREVA collections. This season it’s manifested in playful pussy- bow blouses in red berry and lemon sorbet silk chiffon. Knitwear, a new category for the designer,
is adding a much needed sexy element to the collection. Skin-tight turtlenecks and midi dresses in jersey look smart and sensual. Referencing the sexual undertones of her work, Elena is spicing silk chiffon with a wild leopard print in emerald green. It was designed by an artist Nastya Zerebecki.
